Description Location:
Fire Research Corporation FRC 26 Southern Blvd, Nesconset, NY 11767 Reports To Production Manager Job Overview Produces electronics assemblies through the use of parts, work orders and standard work. Responsibilities and Duties Prepares work by assembling parts; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies. Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources. Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Able to switch between multiple tasks between within production day to support flow of product. Able to flex hours and work overtime when needed to support on time delivery and demand increases.
Hourly Rate:
$20 - $23
