    • to join our production team. In this role, you'll assemble, test, and inspect electronic products in a clean, organized manufacturing environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and being part of a supportive team, this could be a great opportunity for you.
    • What You'll Do
    • ✅ Assemble electronic products and subassemblies using hand tools, fixtures, tweezers, and screwdrivers ✅ Follow detailed work instructions to ensure quality and accuracy ✅ Perform visual inspections and identify defects during the assembly process ✅ Report quality concerns and support continuous improvement efforts ✅ Use computers to access work instructions and record production information ✅ Work closely with team members to meet production goals and schedules ✅ Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures •What We're Looking For•+ Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred + Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail + Comfortable using hand tools and small assembly equipment + Basic computer skills + Ability to read and follow written instructions + Team-oriented with strong communication skills + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $17.
    00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
