Assembler Job Description Join a growing manufacturing team as an Assembler, where you'll play a key role in building high-quality products. You'll work with a variety of tools, components, and assembly processes in a team-oriented environment focused on quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Assemble products and components using hand and power tools. Follow work instructions, drawings, and basic wiring diagrams to complete assemblies accurately. Perform electrical wiring and connect components as required. Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy. Identify and report any material, assembly, or quality issues. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Essential Skills Previous assembly, manufacturing, or electrical assembly experience preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or basic wiring diagrams. Experience with hand and power tools and basic wiring/assembly tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment. Additional Information Monday-Friday, 1st shift schedule (7:00 AM-3:30 PM) with no overnight work. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $34.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
