What You'll Do As an Electrical Assembler, you'll be responsible for building and wiring industrial control panels from start to finish while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with electrical schematics. Key Responsibilities ✅ Assemble industrial electrical control panels using blueprints and schematics ✅ Perform point-to-point wiring and electrical connections ✅ Cut, strip, crimp, and route wires to specification ✅ Mount and arrange electrical components on back panels ✅ Complete tapping, drilling, screwing, and mechanical assembly tasks ✅ Perform field wiring for industrial equipment and automation systems ✅ Build and assemble electrical cables and harnesses ✅ Verify completed wiring against schematics and design drawings ✅ Troubleshoot and correct wiring or assembly issues ✅ Follow all safety standards and best practices What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience working with industrial electrical controls Previous experience building electrical control panels in a manufacturing environment Strong point-to-point wiring experience Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints Experience with industrial automation and controls wiring Field wiring experience for industrial equipment Skilled in wire cutting, stripping, crimping, and cable assembly Strong mechanical assembly abilities Commitment to quality, accuracy, and safety Preferred Qualifications Experience building industrial electrical cables and harnesses Experience as an Electrician, Controls Technician, or Panel Builder Experience working in industrial manufacturing environments Interest in continuing education and industry certifications Why You'll Love This Opportunity Career Growth Contract-to-hire pathway with long-term potential Opportunity to expand your knowledge of industrial controls and automation Education Support Tuition reimbursement available for approved certifications and coursework Reimbursement provided for courses completed with a grade of C or higher Consistent Schedule First Shift Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM No rotating shifts Team Environment Work alongside experienced professionals Hands-on role where your technical skills are valued and recognized Work Environment This position is based in a manufacturing facility focused on industrial electrical control panel production. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
