They are known to respect a traditional work week and often extend contracts for added job security and stability Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Assembler to perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly activities within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with soldering, cable harness assembly, mechanical assembly, and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow established manufacturing processes, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues while maintaining quality and production standards. Responsibilities Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations on components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies. Complete wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harness assembly activities. Perform through-hole soldering and wire-to-wire soldering as required. Assemble, crimp, route, and terminate wire harnesses according to specifications. Perform mechanical assembly tasks in a production manufacturing environment. Set up tools, equipment, and fixtures while maintaining required tolerances and specifications. Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, blueprints, and work instructions. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards. Identify assembly issues and assist with troubleshooting and corrective actions. Collaborate with team members and provide technical input to support production goals. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, or a related manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with soldering, including: Through-hole soldering Wire-to-wire soldering Experience with wire harness assembly, crimping, routing, and termination. Experience performing mechanical assembly in a production environment. Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and technical work instructions. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting production objectives. High School Diploma or GED required.
