Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Electronics Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components and systems with precision and adherence to technical specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in electronics assembly, schematic reading, and the use of hand and power tools. Duties Assemble electronic devices and components by following detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Utilize hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and surface mount technology (SMT) techniques to complete assemblies. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering blueprints accurately. Build electrical panels and wire electrical components according to IPC 610 standards for quality and reliability. Perform soldering tasks on surface-mount devices (SMD) and through-hole components with precision. Conduct electrical testing using ohmmeters, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools to ensure functionality. Troubleshoot electro-mechanical assemblies by diagnosing issues with engineering troubleshooting techniques. Maintain a clean, organized work environment adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve assembly processes and resolve technical challenges. Requirements Proven experience in electronics assembly, including PCB (Printed Circuit Board) work and electrical wiring. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and schematic diagrams. Knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT), soldering standards (IPC 610), and electrical panel building. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electro-mechanical component integration. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, machining equipment, and testing instruments such as ohmmeters effectively. Understanding of mechanical assembly processes related to electronics manufacturing. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues. Attention to detail with a focus on quality standards in manufacturing environments.
