What You'll Do Assemble & Build:
Precision-assemble electronic components using clear blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Tool Work:
Utilize specialized hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.

Inspect, test, and troubleshoot finished products to ensure top-notch quality before shipping.
Collaborate:

What We're Looking For Experience or Aptitude:
Prior electronic/mechanical assembly experience is a plus, but we are happy to train candidate with mechanical aptitude!
Detail-Oriented:
Great dexterity, comfortable working with small parts, and a pride-in-ownership mindset.
Tech-Minded:
Ability to read written instructions, basic schematics, and work independently.

No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Assembling electronic components, circuit boards, and devices according to work instructions, blueprints, or schematics. Reading and interpreting assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Soldering electronic components using hand soldering equipment (through-hole and/or surface-mount, depending on the role). Installing wires, cables, connectors, switches, and other electrical components. Using hand and power tools to complete assemblies. Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Performing functional testing using equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, or other testing devices. Identifying and reporting defects or quality issues and making minor repairs or rework when needed. Maintaining accurate production records and documentation. Following safety procedures, including electrostatic discharge (ESD) protocols when handling sensitive electronic components. Keeping workstations clean and organized according to workplace standards.
