Work setup:

Non-union, Monday-Friday, first shift, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime. In this role, you will Follow procedure checklists, assembly drawings, schematics, and written instructions to produce high-quality builds. Construct and install wiring harnesses—neatly routed, secured, and labeled. Assemble power packs and additional electrical sub-assemblies as assigned. Use soldering irons, multi-meters, and hand tools safely and effectively. Care for tools, equipment, and materials with professionalism. Report faulty equipment, defective materials, improper operations, or unusual conditions to supervision immediately. Comply with all safety rules and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation. Operate warehouse equipment as needed, including pallet jacks, forklifts, carts, and dollies. Handle other related tasks as assigned. What you bring High school diploma or GED. At least 3 years building light to medium assemblies and/or complex electronic equipment. Proven experience with soldering irons, multi-meters, and basic hand tools. Ability to interpret and apply assembly drawings, schematics, checklists, and written procedures. Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable, safety-conscious, and great at working with a team. Physical requirements and environment Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. on an infrequent basis. Operate warehouse equipment with loads up to 450 lbs. Close, distance, and peripheral vision required; must be able to adjust focus. Low ambient noise.
