$18-25/hr ✅ Opportunity for a raise after going direct Job Summary We are hiring a 1st Shift Assembler to support electrical assembly operations. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining carton machinery while ensuring product quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met. This is a solid long‑term opportunity with strong benefits once hired on permanently. Key Responsibilities Assemble electrical components, panels, and subassemblies Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions Perform wiring, routing, crimping, soldering, and cable assembly Use hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy Troubleshoot and correct minor assembly issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety, quality, and production guidelines Qualifications Previous experience in electrical or mechanical assembly preferred Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Experience using hand tools and electrical assembly tools Basic understanding of electrical components and systems Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to (XX) lbs High school diploma or GED preferred Preferred Skills Panel wiring or control panel assembly experience Soldering or crimping experience Experience in a manufacturing or production environment IPC or electrical certifications (a plus) Why Work With Us Competitive pay and consistent hours Opportunity for advancement Clean and organized work environment Weekly pay and benefits available Training provided Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.
