    • Job Summary
    • We are hiring a
    • 1st Shift Assembler
    • to support electrical assembly operations. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining carton machinery while ensuring product quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met. This is a solid long‑term opportunity with strong benefits once hired on permanently.
    • Key Responsibilities
    • + Assemble electrical components, panels, and subassemblies + Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions + Perform wiring, routing, crimping, soldering, and cable assembly + Use hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment + Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy + Troubleshoot and correct minor assembly issues + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Follow safety, quality, and production guidelines •Qualifications•+ Previous experience in electrical or mechanical assembly preferred + Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams + Experience using hand tools and electrical assembly tools + Basic understanding of electrical components and systems + Strong attention to detail and quality + Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to (XX) lbs + High school diploma or GED preferred •Preferred Skills•+ Panel wiring or control panel assembly experience + Soldering or crimping experience + Experience in a manufacturing or production environment + IPC or electrical certifications (a plus) •Why Work With Us•+ Competitive pay and consistent hours + Opportunity for advancement + Clean and organized work environment + Weekly pay and benefits available + Training provided •Job Type & Location•This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
