Ultra Tech supplies a variety of world-class solutions to a diverse customer base. Core business divisions include custom machines, equipment re-manufacturing, and total process solutions (including highly automated systems). We have an immediate need for an additional Machine Electrical Wiring Technician. Applicants must possess a minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience completing the following tasks: Understanding of PLC controlled machinery systems Capable of performing diversified electrical and some light mechanical assembly of machinery and equipment Specifying misc. wiring components for jobs to be completed In-depth understanding and knowledge of reading and wiring machinery from detailed hardwire schematics Mount, assemble, and wire electrical components into electrical panels Build and wire junction boxes In-field machine wiring from conduit and cable schedules In-field conduit runs using rigid, EMT, and seal-tite Check and test wiring at start-up Some trouble shooting of electrical wiring after completion, including ohm checks. Comply with the company safety procedures Ensure internal standards are maintained
