• Clean and Climate Controlled Job Description We are seeking a diligent and skilled Cleanroom Electrical Assembler to join our team.

You will be responsible for assembling electrical components with precision and care, ensuring compliance with specifications and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Responsibilities Review daily work orders, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams before starting tasks. Gather tools, materials, and components needed for the day's builds. Assemble electrical parts such as coils, sensors, harnesses, transformers, or control units. Perform soldering, crimping, wire routing, and mechanical fastening. Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications. Collaborate with quality inspectors or engineers to resolve issues. Document completed work in production logs or digital systems. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety procedures. Follow all environmental, health, safety, and quality guidelines to maintain a compliant and hazard-free work environment. Maintain clean, organized work areas in alignment with housekeeping and GMP expectations. Essential Skills Experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or electronics manufacturing. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings. Proficiency with soldering, crimping, and hand tools. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Basic understanding of electrical principles. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with IPC standards is a plus. Why Work Here? Work Environment You will be working in a cleanroom environment located in Fairfield, OH, on the 1st Shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The role is a 3-month contract-to-hire position. Expect to work with tools, schematic diagrams, and electronic components in a structured and safety-conscious environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00

• $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
