What You'll Do Assemble products according to drawings and quality requirements Verify cables, wires, and components against work orders, bills of material, and drawings Follow work order instructions and verify cable/wire cut lengths Build electrical and cable assemblies according to specifications Solder and crimp terminals, lugs, and ferrules Test first-piece connector assemblies for electrical continuity Perform visual inspections of crimps and soldered connections Ensure production meets established quality, timing, and order requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We're Looking For 2 - 4 years of assembly experience preferred 1+ years of soldering and crimping experience Experience soldering and crimping terminals, lugs, and ferrules Experience closing assembly connectors Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Good communication and math skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work effectively in a team environment High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
