Responsibilities Perform precise assembly of small parts and cable components Conduct cable prep, including stripping, labeling, and crimping Use hand tools and basic measurement instruments Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints Qualifications and Requirements Must have experience with small parts assembly Must have cable prep experience Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to read and interpret written instructions and assembly documentation Solid time management and reliability Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and subject to E-Verify Benefits and Perks $16/hr.
