You'll receive hands-on training to learn how to assemble small wire harnesses and electrical components in a clean, air-conditioned work environment. What You'll Do Assemble small wire harnesses and electrical components Connect, wrap, crimp, strip, and label wires Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment Follow work instructions to complete assemblies accurately Inspect your work for quality and consistency Keep your workstation clean and organized Sit or stand at your workstation based on the task What We're Looking For Great attendance and reliability Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail Comfortable working with small parts and basic hand tools Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful, but wire harness experience is not required Dependable candidates looking for consistent Monday-Friday work Why Join Us?
