EAP ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an Electrical Panel Assembler working on prototype manufacturing for industrial systems manufacturing client, which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in electrical and mechanical assembly looking to further their career in industrial manufacturing. Perform electrical and mechanical assembly of ETO cabinet systems, including low-voltage, power, and signal wiring; component installation; wire preparation (stripping, crimping, terminating); and cabinet modification Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, work orders, and customer specifications to translate technical documentation into finished products with minimal supervision Select appropriate wiring, components, and securing methods; apply wire, component, and cabinet labeling consistently across multiple builds Communicate project progress and needs to Tech Leads; Level II candidates lead projects and mentor junior assemblers on quality and workmanship standards Maintain documentation and SharePoint records; participate in team meetings with a positive, collaborative approach and support continuous improvement efforts
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Level I:
2+ years of electrical panel or cabinet assembly experience;
Level II:
4+ years of electrical panel or cabinet assembly experience in an ETO or industrial manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints; proficiency with assembly tools (drills, crimpers, torque wrenches, tape measures); strong attention to detail, good dexterity, and ability to lift up to 35 lbs High school diploma required Need to be able to provide proof of US citizenship status

Associate degree in a technical or related field 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
