Electrical-Mechanical Assembler

Valley View, OH Pay:

$20.50

•23/hour (based on shift and experience)

Monday-Thursday | 1:00 PM

•11:30 PM Hire Sync is partnering with an industry leader in advanced power testing solutions to hire skilled Electrical-Mechanical Assemblers for a growing manufacturing team in Valley View. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on mission-critical equipment used to test backup power systems for hospitals, data centers, airports, and other essential facilities around the world. If you enjoy working with tools, reading blueprints, building electrical or mechanical systems, and being part of a team that creates highly specialized industrial equipment, this could be an excellent long-term opportunity.

What You'll Do:

Assemble electrical and mechanical components to precise specifications Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, work instructions, and BOMs Use hand tools and power tools including drills, punches, and rivet tools Identify and troubleshoot non-conforming parts during assembly Work within a team-focused manufacturing environment to ensure quality and safety standards are met Assist in training and supporting other assemblers as needed Perform assembly work in a variety of production environments, including some confined spaces

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required Experience with mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, or industrial manufacturing Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics Comfortable using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing setting Basic shop math skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, crouching, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
