• 4 years of experience in electronic assembly and a strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics .

Responsibilities:

Assemble and wire electronic components, subassemblies, and products according to engineering drawings and work instructions. Perform precise hand soldering of components on circuit boards and wiring harnesses. Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Utilize various hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and accurately. Identify and troubleshoot assembly or soldering issues as needed. Maintain accurate production documentation and follow established procedures. Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives within the department.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of electronic assembly experience , including soldering and wiring. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings . Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Familiarity with IPC soldering standards (IPC-A-610 certification preferred). Basic computer and documentation skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training a plus. IND3
