- Job Title: Assembly Technician Fluid-Handling Systems
- Job Description
- The Assembly Technician builds, tests, and prepares fluidhandling components and systems used in industrial applications. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, careful attention to detail, and the ability to follow standardized work instructions in a fastpaced, climatecontrolled production environment.
- Responsibilities
- + Assemble components, fittings, hoses, and subassemblies according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
+ Build and prepare fluidhandling components and systems for industrial applications following standardized procedures.
+ Perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks using appropriate tools and equipment.
+ Inspect parts and assemblies for accuracy, defects, and proper fit, ensuring all products meet quality standards.
+ Document inspection results clearly and accurately, and promptly report any issues or nonconformities.
+ Operate hand tools, power tools, crimpers, and measurement devices safely and efficiently.
+ Follow production schedules and meet established productivity and quality targets on a consistent basis.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and 5S/housekeeping guidelines.
+ Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while working with tools, equipment, and materials.
+ Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement efforts in the assembly process.
- Essential Skills
- + Proven mechanical aptitude with experience in mechanical assembly in a production or manufacturing environment.
+ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to perform accurate assembly.
+ Handson experience using hand tools and power tools, including crimpers and measurement devices.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality, defectfree assemblies.
+ Capability to follow standardized work instructions and established procedures consistently.
+ Comfort working in a fastpaced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
+ Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly principles.
+ Ability to inspect parts and assemblies for accuracy, proper fit, and defects, and document findings clearly.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + Experience assembling fluidhandling components, hoses, fittings, or similar industrial products.
+ Prior work in a climatecontrolled production or manufacturing facility.
+ Familiarity with production workflows and meeting daily or weekly output targets.
+ Strong communication skills to report issues and collaborate with team members.
+ Reliable work habits with the ability to consistently work a firstshift schedule, Monday through Friday.

The role follows a firstshift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. You will work in a fastpaced environment that relies on standardized work instructions and established safety procedures. Daily tasks involve the use of hand tools, power tools, crimpers, and measurement devices at designated workstations, with an emphasis on maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

- This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $18.
00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
