Job Description

Cleanroom Electronics Assembly Operator We're hiring Cleanroom Electronics Assembly Operators to build and inspect small electronic components used in data center servers. This position is perfect for candidates who enjoy detailed, hands-on work and can maintain a high level of accuracy while working with small parts. Previous electronics assembly experience is preferred, but this role can also be a great fit for entry-level candidates with strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. If you can successfully complete a hands-on skills assessment using a microscope and precision tools such as tweezers, we'd love to talk with you. Responsibilities Assemble small electronic components and subassemblies in a cleanroom environment. Work with printed circuit boards (PCBs), chips, connectors, and other electronic parts. Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and schematics. Use microscopes and precision tools to perform assembly and inspection tasks. Perform soldering and rework when required. Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Document completed work and communicate production issues as needed. Follow all cleanroom, safety, and quality procedures. Wear full cleanroom attire to prevent contamination of sensitive components. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to work with very small components. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods. Ability to pass a hands-on microscope and tweezer skills assessment. Manufacturing, production, assembly, or cleanroom experience is a plus. Electronics assembly, PCB, soldering, or inspection experience is preferred but not required. Reliable attendance, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. Why Apply? This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing technology manufacturer. Employees have the opportunity to advance from Operator roles into Technician and Engineering career paths. You'll work with cutting-edge electronic and optical products in a clean, professional environment while building valuable manufacturing and technical skills.
