About the Role This is hands-on, detail-driven work that rewards people who like figuring things out. You'll be diagnosing, troubleshooting, rebuilding, and restoring complex ultrasound equipment — no two days are exactly the same, and the problems you'll solve aren't always straightforward. What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair ultrasound parts and electronic systems Rebuild and restore equipment components to meet functional and cosmetic quality standards Sand, clean, paint, and refinish equipment to like-new condition Complete repair orders accurately and on time Document repair progress in tracking software Maintain tools, testing equipment, and your workspace Follow technical procedures and quality standards consistently What We're Looking For Mechanically minded and detail-oriented — you notice things others miss A problem solver who stays curious when something isn't adding up Receptive to instruction and guidance — you check your ego at the door Flexible and steady — you can shift priorities without losing focus Able to work independently once trained without needing constant direction Basic computer proficiency (Windows, typing, tracking systems) Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical repair work High school diploma or equivalent; must pass a background check Background That Sets You Up for Success You don't need ultrasound experience — we'll teach you that.
