Job Title:

Production Associate - Swing Shift Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate on the swing shift, where you'll be responsible for building full products from pre-fabricated materials. This role involves working in a calm, quiet, and spacious environment, emphasizing quality and precision in electronic assembly. Responsibilities Perform mechanical assembly of product shells and boxes. Engage in soldering and wire bonding tasks. Package finished products with care. Use small hand tools and power tools efficiently. Collaborate effectively within a team environment. Adhere to production safety standards diligently. Read and follow iPad work instructions accurately. Essential Skills Previous production experience is required. Proficiency in using hand tools. Strong sense of urgency in work tasks. Mechanical aptitude is essential. Ability to read work instructions in English. Capability to stand throughout the shift. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in small parts assembly is preferred. Familiarity with electronic assembly and soldering. Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. Experience with quality inspection processes. Knowledge of SMT machine operation is a plus. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a clean, line-based production facility where collaboration and precision are key. The swing shift runs from Monday to Thursday, 2:30 pm to 11 pm, with potential overtime extending to 1:30 am. Comfortable standing or sitting throughout the shift, with the average workweek totaling around 50 hours. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaverton, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
