Job Title:

Electrical Assembler I Job Description The Electrical Assembler will perform a wide range of skilled assembly tasks to produce high-quality electrical switchgear products in a timely manner. The role requires maintaining production quality standards and adhering to quantity requirements. Responsibilities Perform assigned functions based on verbal or written instructions, drawings, blueprints, schematics, or other manufacturing information. Maintain expected job progress in the assigned area and communicate any problem areas or parts shortages. Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet specifications and codes. Observe and maintain good housekeeping and safety procedures, keeping equipment, tools, and work areas clean and orderly by performing 5S+ duties. Essential Skills Proficiency in assembly and electrical tasks. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. Experience with hand tools, mechanical assembly, and electrical wiring. Additional Skills & Qualifications High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution preferred. Experience in electrical assembly or a manufacturing setting preferred. Experience with manual, electric, and pneumatic tools, as well as drill presses, press brakes, and other equipment is advantageous. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, with potential for overtime and weekend work as needed. The dress code is casual, requiring long pants and safety toe shoes. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilsonville, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
