April 24, 2026 : Overview We are seeking a skilled professional to build, wire, and assemble industrial control panels based on engineering drawings and schematics. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality, functional panels used in automation and electrical systems across various industries. Why This Role Matters Control panels are the backbone of industrial automation.
A strong fabricator ensures:
Systems run safely and efficiently Installations meet electrical codes and client specifications Projects stay on schedule without costly rework Key Responsibilities Assemble and fabricate electrical control panels, enclosures, and subassemblies Interpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings Mount components such as PLCs, relays, terminal blocks, and power supplies Perform point-to-point wiring and cable routing Label wires and components according to standards Conduct quality checks and basic testing of completed panels Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues Required Qualifications 2 years of experience in control panel wiring or electrical assembly Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints Familiarity with industrial components (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, etc.) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic understanding of electrical codes and safety standards Preferred Qualifications Technical school or certification in electrical technology or related field Experience with UL508A standards (or similar) Prior experience in a manufacturing or automation environment Work Environment Shop/manufacturing setting May require standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
