POSITION SUMMARY
The Electronics Assembler plays a critical role in delivering a seamless, reliable, and high-quality fulfillment experience for our customers and suppliers. This role supports Value-Add Operations by executing precise product assembly, assisting with repairs, and ensuring production readiness within our ERP-driven workflow. This role will work closely with technicians and cross-functional teams to support testing, repairs, and continuous process improvement.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Consistently execute assemblies with high accuracy and minimal rework Support fast and reliable turnaround of assemblies and value-add jobs Ensure 100% alignment between physical work and ERP production orders Contribute to clear, standardized assembly documentation for scalability Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation that supports team productivity
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Assembly Execution & Quality Execute product assembly by following documented work instructions and assembly guidelines with a high level of accuracy Ensure all finished goods meet TRC quality standards and customer requirements Identify and escalate any discrepancies, missing components, or quality concerns in real time Value-Add & Repair Support Process returned products for repair, including intake, inspection, and documentation Support technicians with testing, troubleshooting, and repair activities to improve turnaround time and customer satisfaction Production Readiness & ERP Alignment Proactively identify production orders ready for assembly within ERP Ensure all required materials, components, and documentation are available prior to starting production Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement Assist in developing and refining assembly guidelines for new and existing products Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and support scalable Value-Add operations Support standardization efforts to ensure repeatable and reliable processes Operational Excellence & Workplace Organization Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready workspace aligned with TRC operational standards Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a disciplined, high-performance work environment
KEY COMPETENCIES
Accuracy & Attention to Detail Consistently executes assembly tasks with a high degree of accuracy by following documented instructions and verifying work to minimize errors and rework. Process Discipline & Compliance Adheres to established assembly guidelines, ERP workflows, and quality standards to ensure consistent, repeatable, and scalable operations. Accountability & Ownership Takes ownership for the quality and completeness of work, proactively identifying issues and ensuring tasks are fully resolved Time Management Efficiently manage multiple Value-Add tasks task while meeting deadlines Reliability Demonstrates consistency, punctuality, and a strong sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks and supporting team goals.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Education or GED Capable of reading and comprehending assembly guidelines Experience working with team members across multiple levels
