1st or 2nd shift Electronic assembly openings in the Manheim area Start as quickly as June 22nd paying 20/hr We're looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our team as an Electronics Assembler on 2nd shift . In this hands-on role, you'll build and assemble electronic components in a fast-paced environment while learning valuable technical skills. This position offers paid training, cross-training opportunities, and a clear path to permanent hire . What You'll Do Assemble printed circuit boards, units, and sub-assemblies using diagrams, schematics, and work instructions Install and mount electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, transformers, and integrated circuits Perform soldering and basic mechanical assembly tasks Align and position parts using fixtures and tools to ensure precise assembly Conduct basic testing and inspections to ensure product quality (go/no-go testing) Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions Operate assembly equipment and support production flow Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation Collaborate with team members, engineers, and technicians to meet production goals Participate in cross-training across multiple assembly areas Work Environment Clean, open manufacturing facility Moderate noise level (can increase with equipment use) Fast-paced, team-oriented setting focused on continuous improvement Dress code: company t-shirt, pants (no holes), and steel-toe boots required Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manheim, PA.
