This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean, precise work and enjoys building systems that power real‑world automation. What You'll Do Build, wire, and assemble industrial electrical panels from schematics, drawings, and layout diagrams Route and terminate wiring with high attention to detail and panel aesthetics Mount components, breakers, relays, PLC hardware, and terminal blocks Perform continuity checks, point‑to‑point verification, and assist with panel testing Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers to ensure design accuracy Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow GLASi quality standards Support continuous improvement efforts in panel layout, wiring methods, and documentation What You Bring Experience building electrical panels or industrial control systems Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Strong understanding of electrical safety and NFPA/UL standards Skilled with hand tools, crimpers, cutters, and wiring best practices High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
