Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of electrical assembly or related experience
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, travelers, and technical documents
Experience with soldering, desoldering, and electronic component assembly
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical test equipment
Basic math and measurement skills Job Duties Assemble electrical panels, circuit boards, and related components according to schematics, drawings, and work orders
Pull required parts from inventory and complete assemblies following established job sequences and quality standards
Perform soldering, desoldering, wiring, and component installation
Inspect and test assemblies to ensure proper function and workmanship
Complete production documentation, production cards, and inventory transactions accurately
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Work closely with team members and follow direction from supervisors and lead personnel
Support Lean, Kaizen, and 6S initiatives for continuous improvement
Perform other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or mechanical assembly is preferred.
Technical training, vocational education, or manufacturing coursework is beneficial.
Experience working with pneumatic tools, torque tools, fixtures, or assembly equipment is beneficial.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality inspection procedures, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate strong craftsmanship, dependability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Electrical Assembler. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
