- Electrical Assembly Technician
- North Charleston, SC
- Pay:
- $24.00/hr Starting
- Pay Increase:
- Additional $1/hr after 120 days
- Shift:
- 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- Training:
- First Shift for the first few weeks

- Position Overview
- We are seeking skilled
- Electrical Assembly Technicians
- to join its growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with electrical wiring or wire harness experience who enjoy hands-on assembly work and take pride in producing high-quality products. You'll be responsible for assembling electrical and mechanical components that support telecommunications systems used around the world.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand and power tools.
+ Perform wiring, crimping, fastening, soldering, and component installation.
+ Mount transformers, resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and other electrical components.
+ Route and connect wiring according to blueprints and schematics.
+ Install completed assemblies into enclosures, cabinets, and finished products.
+ Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
+ Gather materials and components based on work orders and parts lists.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Qualifications
- + Experience with electrical wiring, cable assembly, or wire harness assembly.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings.
+ Experience using hand tools and power tools, including drills, torque tools, wrenches, and ratchets.
+ Mechanical and/or electronic assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow detailed assembly instructions.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
+ Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

- This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Charleston, SC.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $22.
00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
