Job Title:
Electronics Assembly Technician - Control Panel Boards Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Electronic Panel Board Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble electronic control panel boards using wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and hand tools. This position is ideal for individuals with manufacturing or assembly experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble electronic control panel boards following diagrams and work instructions. Install and connect electronic components, wires, and hardware accurately. Use hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment to complete assemblies. Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and written instructions. Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals. Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures. Assist in other manufacturing or machine operation tasks as needed. Required Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly environments. Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and assembly drawings. Experience using hand tools and basic power tools. Basic soldering experience. Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment. Comfortable handling small electronic components and wiring. Preferred Qualifications Experience with electronic or electrical assembly. Knowledge of quality inspection processes. Experience meeting production targets in a manufacturing setting. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
