Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. 3 years minimum experience as a production operator or equivalent As an Electronic Assembler, you will: Work from complex drawings. Perform inspection and test procedures. Verify previous operation and own work completed per engineering drawings, planning and other work instructions. Troubleshoot hardware problems to determine cause and recommend disposition options. Demonstrate knowledge of documentation procedures related to manufacturing and quality of hardware. Accessing electronic documentation and checking revisions. Maintain Receiving records/documentation and job files as required. Demonstrate leadership skills and abilities. Assist in training / cross-training of others. Participate in Continuous Improvement Process. Follow written directions and have excellent attendance. Solder, read from blueprints, and use microscopes. Work with minimal supervision. Perform other duties as assigned. How We Care for
