  • Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.
This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. Our employees work on the world s most advanced electronics.   • This is a first shift position working 6am-4:30pm on a 4/10 schedule Monday-Thursday
  • + Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans.
Inspects results to ensure conformance + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. + Basic computer skills, including using software for MRP and data collection. + Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
  • Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • + High School Diploma or GED + 2 years of work experience + Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings + Ability to become solder certified + Effective communication and team work + Computer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft suit of products (Excel, Word, Outlook) + Strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working team + A passion for learning/knowledge

MIL-STD-883
Methods 2021 and 2017 + Masking and Coating

Full-Time Salary Range:
$35559 - $56894 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
