Position Summary The Soldering Operator performs solder and manual assembly of various electronic components, touch up soldering and repair of components for all surface mount printed circuit boards. Job Description Successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of prior experience performing hand solder on printed circuit boards working with lead free solder. Perform rework on printed circuit boards and assemblies using a variety of documents including instructions, engineering drawings, schematics, BOMs, etc. Perform microcircuits assembly requiring fine hand assembly, manually aligns parts, using IPC soldering standards.
