1st Shift, 6:00 AM - 2:45

PM Days:

Monday -

Friday Overtime:

Daily and Saturday overtime as required

Pay Rate:

$20.80 per hour What You'll Do (Responsibilities): Perform both small-component and large-scale assembly projects, including brazing and teardown. Inspect parts against blueprints to ensure strict assembly verification. Read and interpret detailed wiring diagrams, drawings, and schematics. Maintain acceptable production rates and strict quality standards while minimizing scrap and rework. Utilize basic shop tools, electrical components, and measuring equipment (e.g., calipers). Keep your work area clean, organized, and free of hazards. Assist and support other departments as needed. What You'll Need (Requirements): High School Diploma or equivalent (Proof required). Minimum of 1 year of experience in both small and large mechanical/electrical assembly. Ability to read, interpret, and work from detailed wiring diagrams and drawings. Proficiency with basic shop tools, measuring tools (Calipers), and electrical components. Basic computer proficiency. Strong eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity, and ability to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Physical Requirements:

Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance. Ability to stand, squat, twist, turn, bend, stoop, climb, and reach overhead for extended periods.
