Job Description
Panel TechnicianAction Group Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Panel Technician for a full-time opportunity in the Duncanville/DeSoto area.
Assemble electrical control panels according to drawings and specifications.
Install and route wiring, electrical components, and hardware.
Verify materials against the bill of materials for each project.
Inspect completed panels for proper wiring, assembly, and overall quality.
Perform functional testing to ensure proper panel operation.
Complete required production and quality documentation.
Properly use and maintain hand and power tools.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow all safety and quality procedures.
RequirementsPrevious panel assembly or related electrical/industrial experience is required.
Must be able to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and work throughout the shift.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Pay:
$16.00/hourSchedule:
