Job Description

KP Staffing is now hiring for Electronics Assembly Technicians in Fort Worth, Texas! Job Summary We are seeking an experienced
PCB/PCBA
Assembly Lead to provide hands-on leadership in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. This role coordinates day-to-day workflow for assembly technicians/operators, supports production output, and ensures work is completed safely and in compliance with quality and ESD requirements.
Schedule and Pay Pay:
$25.00/hr 1st shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily work assignments for PCBA assembly operators and technicians to meet production goals. Train, coach, and support team members on: assembly methods and board handling testing/inspection procedures quality standards, safety practices, and SOPs Perform and oversee electronic component and PCBA assembly according to work instructions, visual aids, and specifications. Perform/verify board-level testing, inspection, and quality checks to ensure compliance. Identify defects and process/material/equipment issues; contain impacted product and communicate to production/quality leadership. Monitor production flow, balance workloads, remove bottlenecks, and keep the line moving safely and efficiently. Troubleshoot routine assembly/testing/equipment issues and escalate when needed. Support material movement, line stocking, inventory tracking, and replenishment. Maintain accurate production counts, documentation, and quality records. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with ESD and safety requirements. Communicate status updates, staffing needs, and operational concerns to the Production Supervisor and partners. Participate in continuous improvement activities (safety, quality, efficiency, productivity). Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (technical/electronics training is a plus). 3+ years in manufacturing/production, including 1+ year in a lead or leadership role. Strong preference for experience in electronics manufacturing such as:
PCB/PCBA
assembly board handling board-level testing electronics inspection / quality Able to follow detailed work instructions, technical documents, and SOPs. Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and communication/coaching ability. Basic computer skills and ability to document production accurately. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand/bend/move for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
