Electronics Assembler Job Description We are seeking both entry-level and advanced-level electronics assemblers to join our growing team. As part of our team, you will engage in the assembly of electronics components with a focus on soldering and SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) techniques. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for electronics and a background in aerospace or defense technology. Responsibilities Perform soldering, assembly, and mechanical assembly of electronic components. Utilize hand tools effectively for various assembly tasks. Work closely with the engineering team to build parts for robotics systems. Lead and oversee entry-level assemblers if in an advanced position. Ensure quality and precision in all assembly tasks. Essential Skills Proficiency in soldering and electronic assembly. Experience with mechanical assembly and hand tools. background in aerospace or defense technology is preferred. Knowledge of SMT, production, electrical systems, soldering, wiring, and circuit boards. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in electronic assembly and wire harnessing. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
