Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Control Panel Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels used in various industrial applications. Your expertise will ensure that control panels meet rigorous quality standards and adhere to detailed schematic and blueprint specifications. Duties Assemble electrical control panels by following detailed electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings Wire electrical components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and ohmmeters Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams accurately to ensure proper assembly Conduct testing of control panels using troubleshooting techniques with multimeters and other diagnostic tools Perform mechanical assembly tasks including mounting components and ensuring proper fitment within enclosures Maintain detailed documentation of assembly processes, test results, and quality inspections to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards Requirements Proven experience in electrical panel building, electrical wiring, and schematic reading within a manufacturing environment Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electro-mechanical components, and industrial control systems Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and follow blueprint specifications precisely Skilled in mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other precision measurement devices Experience with IPC 620 standards for electronic assemblies is preferred Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting techniques and engineering problem-solving skills Mechanical knowledge related to machining processes is a plus Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and follow safety protocols at all times Join our team as a Control Panel Technician if you're eager to apply your electrical expertise in a thriving manufacturing environment! Pay:
$25.73 - $30.99 per hour
