Electrical Assembler Longview, Texas Pay:

$19.00 per hour, based on experience Phoenix Labor Group is seeking experienced Electrical Assemblers for an opportunity in Longview, Texas. The Electrical Assembler will work independently within a production cell, assembling components according to blueprints and wiring schematics.

Responsibilities:

Assemble electrical components according to blueprints. Read and interpret blueprints and wiring schematics. Identify and troubleshoot minor assembly issues. Use hand tools and testing equipment safely. Maintain an organized workspace using 6S practices. Work independently while meeting quality standards. Complete required basic training modules. Follow all PPE and workplace safety requirements.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. At least six months of assembly experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Familiarity with electrical wiring schematics. Strong attention to detail. Basic troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work independently. Reliable transportation to Longview, Texas.

Work Environment:

This position requires frequent use of hand tools and testing equipment. Employees must wear all required personal protective equipment. Phoenix Labor Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
