• Perform through-hole and/or surface-mount soldering on electronic components and assemblies
• Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for quality
• Identify defective solder joints and perform necessary rework
• Use soldering irons, soldering stations, and other electronic assembly equipment
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records

Skills and Experience Preferred Candidate Might:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on soldering experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment
• Experience with precision soldering and electronic component assembly
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
