Plano, TX Compensation:
$19.00 to $20.00 per hour, with additional shift differentials available.

We are currently seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Electrical and Mechanical Assemblers at our premier production sites in Plano. If you possess a passion for technical assembly, operating specialized equipment, interpreting technical documentation, and crafting high-quality goods, we encourage you to apply.
Core Duties:
Construct various mechanical and electrical parts. Operate both manual and power-driven tools with a focus on safety. Interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics to guide production. Ensure finished goods meet strict quality benchmarks to improve overall product reliability. Adhere to established manufacturing protocols and standard operating procedures. Assist in the movement and handling of materials to support team efficiency.
Required Skills:
At least half a year of background in assembly, production, or manufacturing settings. Proven proficiency in the use of various hand and power tools. Capability to analyze and follow technical drawings and schematics. Maintain a high level of precision to ensure superior product quality. Ability to thrive in a high-speed production setting.
