Monday•Thursday | 4:00 PM•2:30 AM | $20.80/hour
C Shift:
Friday•Saturday | 5:00 AM•5:00 PM | $19.00/hour
D Shift:
Monday•Thursday | 5:00 PM•5:00 AM | $20.80/hour Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 3 months of experience in electronic assembly, electronics manufacturing, production, PCB assembly, soldering, wiring, cable assembly, quality inspection, or a related industrial environment. Ability to read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, safety procedures, and quality standards. Experience using hand tools, assembly equipment, and basic manufacturing machinery. Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination when working with small electronic components. Basic computer skills for production tracking, documentation, and data entry. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, perform repetitive hand and finger movements, maintain visual focus on detailed work, and occasionally lift or move production materials. Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Job Duties Assemble electronic components, printed circuit boards (PCBAs), wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, and finished electronic products according to manufacturing specifications. Operate hand tools, assembly equipment, testing devices, and semi-automated production machinery to support manufacturing operations. Perform visual inspections, quality checks, and basic functional testing to verify product performance, accuracy, and compliance with quality standards. Identify, document, and communicate product defects, damaged materials, or production issues to supervisors and quality personnel. Maintain accurate production records, quality documentation, and workflow tracking within established manufacturing processes. Support multiple assembly lines, production cells, and workstations to meet production schedules and customer demand. Follow all safety, quality, and lean manufacturing procedures while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams to achieve productivity, accuracy, and continuous improvement goals.
