$15 - $23/hr. DOE Job Summary The Electrical Assembler will support production by assembling electrical and mechanical components, wiring panels, operating tools, and maintaining high-quality output. This role functions as a floater within the shop , supporting multiple areas depending on workload and business needs. Candidates must be flexible and comfortable switching between tasks and departments, for example: working in Assembly one day and assisting in the Warehouse as a Material Handler another day. Key Responsibilities Assemble electrical and mechanical products or sub-assemblies according to written instructions, drawings, or diagrams. Wire electrical and automation products, panels, cabinets, and sub-assemblies following specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain high-quality standards across all production output. Assist with inventory monitoring and quarterly/annual physical counts. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Float between Assembly, Warehouse, and other shop areas based on daily workload and business needs. Perform Material Handling or other support tasks as assigned. Adapt to changing assignments; all temp roles are expected to be multi-functional. Provide coverage where needed most; flexibility and versatility are required. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Required Experience & Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment. 3-5 years wiring experience preferred. Ability to read design specifications, technical drawings, BOMs, and wiring diagrams. Ability to wire electrical/mechanical products according to specifications. Strong technical competence and problem-solving skills. Ability to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays when required. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., stand, walk, and maintain focus throughout the workday. #REG1 #1741
