Electronics Assembler

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Weekend work may be required as needed Position Overview The Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing products while following manufacturing and quality standards. This role supports continuous improvement initiatives and requires strong attention to detail and precision in electronic assembly processes. Responsibilities Assemble components across multiple product lines Select and use appropriate tools and fixtures Perform testing on assembled products Troubleshoot and resolve assembly and testing issues Read and interpret blueprints and design drawings Identify electronic components and solder defects Use hand tools, rework techniques, and assembly equipment Maintain labor and production transaction records Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing system Minimum Qualifications 2-3 years of assembly experience High School Diploma or

GED IPC-610

certification required English communication skills required Required Skills Printed circuit board (PCB/PWA) assembly and soldering Electronic component identification Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints Understanding of quality standards and inspection procedures Ability to use a microscope for extended periods Basic computer skills and SAP knowledge Key Abilities Follow standard operating procedures Identify soldering defects and quality issues Strong attention to detail and accuracy
