This is not an entry-level soldering position. Responsibilities Perform high-quality hand soldering in accordance with

requirements. Assemble and solder complex electronic and electromechanical assemblies. Perform through-hole soldering, wire soldering, terminal soldering, connector assembly, and other precision solder operations. Perform component removal, rework, and repair when required. Work comfortably under magnification and microscopes on detailed assemblies. Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, work instructions, specifications, and customer requirements. Inspect completed work for workmanship and compliance before moving product to the next operation. Maintain proper ESD controls and material-handling practices. Accurately complete travelers, inspection records, and other production documentation. Work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Production leadership to resolve manufacturing issues. requirements. Strong hand-soldering skills. Experience working on high-reliability electronic assemblies. Ability to consistently produce clean, repeatable workmanship. Ability to solder and rework small and delicate components. Strong understanding of solder joints, wetting, thermal control, cleanliness, and common solder defects. Ability to read drawings, specifications, and detailed work instructions. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
