Follow shop procedures, prints, diagrams, and verbal/written instructions Move materials and components to workstations and equipment as needed Use hand and air tools safely and effectively Set up and assemble Padmount Switchgear per drawings and standards Support special assignments as directed by management with proper guidance Adhere to safety and quality standards and participate in Kaizen and team initiatives Collaborate with engineering to resolve issues and improve documentation Maintain a clean, organized work area using tools and cleaning supplies Maintain reliable attendance, work efficiently, and support overtime needs Work effectively with team members and maintain positive working relationships Follow all policies and safety procedures in place Completes any other related tasks as needed Qualifications and Desired Skills for
