Job Title:
Assembler Job Description We are currently seeking skilled assemblers with expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical assembly. The role involves working in a fast-paced, performance-driven manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical assembly tasks. Operate hand and power tools effectively. Use tape measures and troubleshoot assembly line issues. Engage in general labor and machine operating duties. Work collaboratively on a production assembly line. Essential Skills High School Diploma/GED Basic computer usage knowledge Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions Proficiency in reading tape measures and blueprints Experience in mechanical assembly and troubleshooting Additional Skills & Qualifications Vocational training is desired Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is a manufacturing/production setting that is not climate controlled. It is fast-paced and performance-driven. Employees are expected to wear plain colored t-shirts (blue or grey), jeans, and steel-toed shoes.
Shifts are available as follows:
First Shift (6:30am
  • 3:00pm), Second Shift (3:15pm
  • 11:45pm), and Third Shift (10:30pm
  • 7:00am).
All shifts require attendance at orientation for the first two days, and training on the First Shift. Employees are likely to work three out of four Saturdays per month. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of
DALEVILLE, VA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00
  • $22.
50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
