Electronic & Mechanical Assemblers $24.00-$26.40/hr | 1st & 2nd Shift Available | Everett, WA Start Your Career in Clean Energy Looking to get your foot in the door with a growing technology company? We're hiring Electronic & Mechanical Assemblers to support an innovative clean energy project in Everett, WA. This is a great opportunity for candidates with assembly experience, but we're also interested in hardworking individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, a great attitude, and a willingness to learn. If you've worked with tools, enjoy building things, like working with your hands, or have experience in manufacturing, construction, automotive, warehouse, or other hands-on environments, we'd encourage you to apply. Shift:
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday 2nd
Shift:
2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday-Friday Optional overtime available Responsibilities Assemble mechanical and electronic components using hand and power tools Perform wiring, crimping, cable assembly, and electronic assembly tasks Read and follow technical instructions, blueprints, and assembly drawings Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and quality standards Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process Safely operate tools and equipment while maintaining a clean and organized workspace Follow production processes and detailed work instructions Support capacitor fabrication and installation projects Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Requirements At least 1 year of experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or a related hands-on role Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Ability to read and follow technical instructions, blueprints, or drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Positive attitude, strong attendance, and willingness to learn Preferred Experience Mechanical assembly Electronic assembly Wiring and cable assembly Crimping Production or manufacturing environments Cleanroom experience Skills Assembly

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Everett, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.40/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
