• 2:00 AM Overtime and weekends as needed Build Hardware for Cutting-Edge Aerospace Technology We're hiring Electromechanical Assemblers, Electronics Assemblers, Electrical Assemblers, Assembly Technicians, and Mechanical Assemblers to support the assembly, integration, and testing of advanced aerospace hardware.

This is a direct-hire opportunity for candidates with hands-on assembly experience, strong mechanical aptitude, or electronic assembly experience. Responsibilities Build electrical and electromechanical sub-assemblies Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of components and final assemblies Install PCB assemblies into product chassis Perform wire harness assembly and electrical wiring Solder and desolder through-hole and SMT components Assemble battery modules and solar assemblies Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly procedures Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and quality inspections Operate test equipment, automated equipment, and assembly tools Support prototype builds, integration activities, and production testing Maintain accurate documentation and meet production schedules

Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of hands-on assembly, manufacturing, technical, mechanical, or electronics experience Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Preferred:

Electromechanical assembly experience Electronics assembly experience Mechanical assembly experience Wire harness or cable assembly experience Soldering experience Experience reading blueprints, drawings, and schematic diagrams IPC-610, IPC-620, or J-STD knowledge A&P License or technical education Experience with prototype assembly, testing, or integration Why Work Here?
