Electrical Technician Atlas Staffing - 4.1 Spokane Valley, WA Job Details Temp-to-hire | Full-time $18.00 - $24.15 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Employee assistance program Paid sick time Qualifications Power tools Hand tools Full Job Description Atlas Staffing is hiring an Electrical Technician I for a leading manufacturer of rugged military, industrial, and commercial products in Spokane, WA. This is a full-time opportunity for someone with hands-on electrical experience who is comfortable working with wiring, electrical panels, harnesses, schematics, and low-voltage systems.
Pay:
$18.00-$24.15/hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-2:30 PM; Friday, 5:00 AM-9:00 AM Role Purpose The Electrical Technician I is responsible for assembling, wiring, and installing electrical panels, components, and wire harnesses according to schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and work instructions. This position is ideal for someone with electrical assembly or technician experience who enjoys detailed, hands-on work. Responsibilities Read and follow electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, engineering drawings, and wire lists Build and install electrical panels and wire harnesses Wire electrical panels, components, and assemblies Route, terminate, and connect wires according to specifications Identify and work with different wire gauges and phase coloring Work with low-voltage 24V AC/DC wiring Build cables and work with EMI connectors Use hand and power tools to complete electrical assembly work Follow visual and written work instructions Accurately enter production information into computer systems and/or written reports Perform basic material handling and cycle counting as needed Inspect work for accuracy and quality Follow all company quality and safety standards Assist with additional production projects as assigned Qualifications Minimum 1 year of electrical systems, electrical assembly, or related experience required; 2+ years preferred Experience with electrical wiring, panels, harnesses, or cable assembly Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Knowledge of wire gauges and phase coloring Experience with 24V AC/DC low-voltage wiring Experience using hand and power tools required EMI connector and cable-building experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Electrical vocational training or an Associate's degree is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and visual instructions Ability and willingness to work overtime, including weekends, when necessary Why Choose Atlas Staffing Atlas Staffing is an employment agency that offers great benefits for our temporary and temp-to-hire staffing associates.
